Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday

Standard UK mainland shipping: £3.95 (3-5 days)

UK Next day: £6.95

Europe standard delivery: £12.50

Rest of the world* : £25 (*unrestricted territories)

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in our email confirming our Contract. If no delivery date is specified, then time will not be of the essence in the delivery of Products to you.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order for Products. If you do not take delivery of the Products or supply us with adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the Products. In this event, we shall refund you the price of the Products, but you will still be liable to pay any incurred delivery charges.

The Products ordered will be at your risk from the time you receive them. Ownership of the Products ordered will also pass to you upon your receipt of them, provided the payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges has been received. Until the full payment has been received, we shall retain full ownership and title to the Products, even after delivery. 

We use Paytriot Payments in the UK, for the secure processing of your payments, and you agree to provide such information as required by them to validate your payment. In the event that any payment is not cleared or subsequently revoked to us for any Products that have been dispatched to you, then we retain all title to those Products which you must return to us in the original condition they were dispatched to you. Any failure by you to do so shall mean you remain fully liable to us for the full payment of those Products.

Import Duty and tax:

If you are having Products sent outside of the UK, then they may be subject to local customs duty and/or taxes on importation. We can’t advise what these charges may be and in placing an order for Products with us you accept full liability for any additional charges that may levied outside of the UK.

By accepting our Terms, you are also accepting the terms of use of the couriers we ship with and their common practices.

Returns Policy

U.K. Consumer - The supply of Products to you is made on the basis of the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) that you agreed to when you ordered them. Should you not be happy with your Products for any reason, please email us at connect@nectrcbd.com so we can sort things out for you. Please include your order number and order date in the email.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to cancel our Contract and then return any items. Any cancellation and return made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original sale-able condition without damage, unless the product is faulty or not as described. The card used to make the original purchase will be instructed by us to be credited with the refund amount as soon as possible and usually within 14 days after we have received your return in accordance with this Returns Policy.

You have a legal right to cancel the Contract you have made with us, as part of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, within 14 calendar days (starting from the day you received your Products from us) following your order date, but you must send the goods back to us promptly in accordance with this Returns Policy being that they must be received by us by no more than 14 calendar days from your cancellation of it. If you wish to do this and we have already dispatched the goods under your order you must return the goods to us unopened and unused in the same packaging that they were contained in so that they can be taken back into stock by us in an unused, sale-able condition. The tamper-proof seals on the box must not be broken, if it has been broken, then the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will not apply to you, for a right for you to cancel the order.

Where the order is returned either because the Products are not as ordered or are faulty or you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, then unless you want replacement goods, any charge we have made to you for such returned goods including the basic postage cost of them being sent to you, will be refunded. Where there are fewer items returned by you than was originally sent (so a part return) the cost only of those items and a proportion of the basic postage cost, will be refunded. However, no refund will be given for the cost of any enhanced service delivery costs you opted for and which we incurred in sending them to you in the first place.

You are responsible for the safe return and all the costs related to the postage or dispatch back to our returns address. If you want to cancel your Contract, then please contact us within that 14-day period to cancel your order and return your order after informing us via email. If you do not return the items in their original, unused and unopened packaging and within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation, you forfeit your right to a refund. We would advise that you use a tracked service and/or obtain proof of postage in sending any returns back to us.

Exchanges

There is no exchange policy in operation on our Website store. We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged (see Faulty Products). But providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item.

Delivery Error

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the Products ordered, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, so we can resolve the matter. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Faulty Products

If any Products you order from us is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights.

If you believe any of our Products were delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably by email giving your name and order reference.

The supply of our Products to you is made on the basis of the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) that you agreed to when you ordered them. However, if you’re not happy with your Products for any reason, please email us at connect@nectrcbd.com and we will do our very best to sort things out for you.

A proof of purchase is needed by us in order to complete a return.
